Founder & CEO
Manoj Gupta is the lead tax consultant at UDITI TAX. He is also a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) for the IRS, as well as a notary for the state of Pennsylvania. Since the beginning of his career in the Indian Navy, he understands the importance of procedure and discipline. Manoj has extensive experience in project management where he worked under strict deadlines to successfully deliver critically important project, and continues to do so with the clients at UDITI TAX. In addition to his extensive knowledge of the accounting industry and US taxes, he also has experience in international payroll and tax, FT FATCA, FBAR Compliance, as well as ITIN application process.
BHAVNA GUPTA

Bhavna Gupta is the owner of UDITI TAX. She majored in accounting at M.S. University, Vadodora. Along with being a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) for the IRS, she is a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) and has many years of experience in dealing with US taxes and FBAR compliance.
